On Social Media you see how my life is now. I am consistent in my routine with my diet and training. However, my journey in fitness wasn’t always easy. I struggled with depression and a lack of motivation for years. While I've been running since my freshman year of high school, I never took it seriously. It wasn't until I had gotten a stress fracture and was out for 4 months that I really started to put things into perspective. I realized that the lazy, unmotivated person I was, was not who I wanted to or was meant to be.
Through a LOT of trial and error, I learned how to properly lift weights in the gym, cross train to stay in shape, and eat properly to fuel my body. I am still learning and growing but am finally in a place where I am happy about the positive changes I have made so far. I know what it's like to feel stuck, so that's why I have started this program to help others find the peace in hard work that I have.
